Abstract

Purpose: The question of how people cope with the increasing pace of change remains challenging. This study deals with the question of how people can learn - remotely - to adapt better and faster to change

Methodology/Approach: In a literature review the concept of change adaptability and its practical relevance will be explored. Concepts of adult learning and remote learning will be investigated, and the results will be synthesized to create a model of how Change Adaptability can be learned remotely.

Findings: A model has been created that shows how Change Adaptability can be learned in its most important detailed aspects in a remote context.

Originality/value: There is a new and unique model proposed how Change Adaptability can be learned remotely.
